Upon completing Steps 1 and 2, TDM will ensure that all data collection, tracking, and inter-site communications perform properly.
Moving forward . . . will negotiate a fixed monthly fee ranging from $500 to $2,000 per month based on standard business rates, price points, deliverables, etc.
Fee-Setting Scenarios
#1: Landscape or Tree Service
Say you own a tree service, charging $750 to $1,500 per tree, and you book business with 10% of an estimated seventy (70) leads forwarded to you from TDM.
On the low end . . . you would earn approximately $5,250 (7 x $750) in TDM-generated business . . . on the high end, you might earn $10,500 (7 x $1,500) . . . or points between.
For a fixed monthly cost of $1,000, you would stand to profit an extra $4,250 or $9,500 after deducting your fixed monthly cost.
That’s an 80% to 90% profit over and above your fixed monthly cost!
Even more, you are in an excellent position to turn 25% of your new tree service business into additional tree removal, cutting, or other high-end tree work, resulting in an additional $1,500 to $3,000 for the same fixed monthly cost.
So now you’d be making $5,750 to $12,500 for the same $1,000 fixed monthly cost.
#2: Professional Services
TDM would approach accounting, law, medical, and counseling practices in a very similar manner.
Hourly rates could range from a low of $150 per hour to $300 and more for hourly professional services.
Assuming the same fixed monthly cost of $1,000 for TDM marketing, using $250 as a benchmark hourly rate, and assuming your firm averages five (5) new paying clients per 30-day billing period, the following are the projected results of TDM marketing services:
$3,750 - (5 x 3 x $250)
$1,000 - TDM Fixed Monthly Fee
$2,750 - Net to You
